- Adductors bilateral, seated position

- Quadriceps unilateral, “hurdling” position
- Hamstrings unilateral, “hurdling” position
- Hamstrings bilateral, lower back, standing position
- Psoas unilateral
- Psoas + Aductor unilateral
- Quadriceps unilateral standing
