An 8-week couch to 5km course that will get you moving better, moving faster, and running with confidence. A tailored course specifically for new or returning runners looking to make HUGE improvements with their 5km. It is suitable for complete newbies, anyone struggling to find their mojo, and returning runners who haven’t laced their shoes up in a while.

Your coach through the process is Brett Hillier. Brett is a former professional tennis player who is also a seasoned runner and coach. Brett has completed 3 Ironman events and ran 1400km over 28 days across the Australian desert. Brett’s attention to detail, supportive coaching style and genuine warmth when helping athletes is where he shines.
