Couch to 5KM – Level 1 Training Program
The level 1 program for Couch to 5Km runners is the first of 3 levels. It is designed specifically for people who have not done any running for a long time. Feel like their fitness is currently low and need to start things off nice and gradual. This program is a perfect first timer program and will take you slowly through the weeks.
By the end you will be moving faster, improving quickly and with luck enjoying the entire process.
